All Ball Pythons are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding well and are healthy. Our Ball Pythons are also accurately matched
with their description, unless noted by us. We will also provide you with a picture if requested.

Upon arrival of your Ball Python, open shipping box/boxes and inspect your animal/animals immediately. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Our goal is to make your transaction and experience with us at BPP very memorable. That is why, if there are any problems, we need to know about them right away. Please contact us to discuss credit or replacement on animals with which you are dissatisfied (no cash refunds). Refunds are only available in the event that we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon. Also, in the event that you need to contact BPP regarding any issues with animals you receive from us, Please Call Us Immediately.

Our Ball Pythons are guaranteed for 48 hours after leaving BPP. Once a Ball Python leaves our facility we have no control over the care that they receive from you. We take a great deal of pride in ensuring that the Ball Pythons we sell are immaculate, well-started animals that will thrive under the proper care.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Trades:
Trades are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will only complete a trade when the animal you are offering has been received, inspected & approved. We do not ship first. Please be a verified/approved shipper, or have access to a verified/approved shipping account. Shipping is covered by each individual party on their respective end unless other arrangements are made.

Shipping Info:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs & fees. We use UPS and FedEx as our primary carriers. If you order a snake from us you have to be there upon delivery, failure to do so will void contract. As soon as your payment is received we will call you to figure out when you want your new pet or breeder shipped.

Due to the fact that these delivery services do not offer live animal guarantees we will honor a guarantee ourselves with a good quality picture of the animal and a phone call within 6 hours of delivery. Failure to email a picture and call will cause a loss in your investment.

Animals may be held with a 25% non-refundable deposit for 30 days. Please be prepared to make final payment after 30 days. No exceptions! If you are unable to fulfill your payment obligation & make no other arrangements with our company, we will assume you wish to forfeit your deposit & the animal will be placed up for sale again.
